‘HR is responsible for anything the HR agents do incorrectly’ - Canadian HR Reporter
SAP's Value of AI Report, conducted by Oxford Economics, surveyed 2,600 business leaders across 13 countries, including 200 in Canada. It finds 66 per cent of Canadian organizations are piloting agentic AI, yet 97 per cent say they are not fully prepared to deploy and govern these tools. Only 39 per cent of HR departments are considered data-ready, and SAP's Canada CTO Anthony Robinson warns that HR data needs to be close to perfect given its personal and business-critical nature.
