Lockheed Martin has gone live with a suite of SAP SuccessFactors modules — including Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, and Onboarding — consolidating HR operations for its 123,000-person workforce onto a unified cloud platform and retiring legacy systems. The deployment is intended to create a single source of workforce data and accelerate the defense contractor's AI strategy across the employee lifecycle.
