Harver, backed by Rubicon Technology Partners, has acquired Symphony Talent — combining Harver's candidate assessment platform (IO psychology, cognitive science, anti-fraud) with Symphony Talent's recruitment marketing, career sites, CRM, and agency capabilities, according to WorkTech. CEO Sean Barry reportedly frames the deal as a strategy to embed assessment throughout the candidate journey — including before candidates apply — reducing funnel drop-off and cutting through AI-generated resume noise.
