Paylocity reported first quarter fiscal 2027 results, with recurring and other revenue of $424.5 million (up 12.0% year over year) and total revenue of $451.7 million (up 10.7%). The company completed its acquisition of Aidora Inc. in July 2026 to expand its AI-powered leave management capabilities. It also repurchased $152.5 million, or 1.1 million shares, in the quarter.
