New Workday Candidate Profile lets job seekers save their information once and reuse it on every Workday application

Workday announced Workday Candidate Profile, which lets job seekers save their information once and reuse it when applying to any employer that hires through Workday, signing in with an email and a one-time code instead of a new account. Workday says about 80% of standard fields will be pre-filled, making applying about 40% faster. It is expected to be generally available to Workday Recruiting customers in early 2027.
