50skills Raises €5.3M to Scale Its AI-Powered HR Workflow Automation

Reykjavík-based 50skills has raised €5.3 million (~$6M) to scale its AI-powered HR workflow automation platform, which it pitches as an 'operating system for people workflows' combining deterministic automation, AI agents and human oversight. The round was backed by Frumtak Ventures, Swiss Post Ventures, Avant and DRD Investments. 50skills says it has completed over 4 million actions in the past 12 months, with clients including Icelandair, Blue Lagoon, Domino's, Securitas and the City of Reykjavík.
