360training Acquires Atlantic Training, Adding OSHA and Workplace-Safety Courses

360training has acquired Atlantic Training, a provider of OSHA, workplace-safety, HR-compliance and soft-skills courses, expanding the Austin-based company's commercial training portfolio. Terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2005, Atlantic Training brings a 305-course catalog and its WAVE EHS management software; it says it has served more than 10,000 clients and delivered over 5 million courses. 360training, backed by GreyLion and Vestar Capital Partners, operates 17-plus brands and says it has issued more than 21 million training certificates.
