Mineral is an HR and compliance platform that provides tools, resources, and expert guidance to help organizations manage workplace compliance and HR challenges, with offerings including the Mineral Platform, Mineral Intelligence compliance alerts, Mineral Experts (certified HR and legal experts), employee handbooks, and training. The company was formed from the 2019 merger of HR-compliance providers ThinkHR and Mammoth HR and relaunched under the Mineral name in 2021. It partners with insurance brokers, PEOs, and HCM providers to deliver its services. In January 2024, compliance-technology company Mitratech acquired Mineral, and it now operates as part of Mitratech.
