Lyceum AI is an AI-native corporate learning platform whose conversational AI learning agent transforms static training into personalized, cognitively grounded learning experiences, verifying comprehension, skill development and real-world application rather than just course completion. Founded in 2023 by Miami University professors Glenn Platt and Russ Hamer with Sumit Gupta in Oxford, Ohio, it was acquired by employee-experience company Perceptyx in March 2026 to unite employee listening with AI-powered learning and coaching.
