Headspace is an everyday mental health platform founded in 2010 by Andy Puddicombe and Richard Pierson. Its consumer and organizational offerings combine meditation and mindfulness, sleep and focus content, AI-guided support, mental health coaching, therapy, psychiatry, care navigation, and employee assistance services. Headspace says more than 4,000 organizations use its services worldwide. The company merged with on-demand mental health provider Ginger in 2021 and now delivers a connected Headspace and Headspace Care experience.
