CEDEP (Centre Européen d'Education Permanente, or European Centre for Executive Development) is an independent, not-for-profit executive education club co-located on the INSEAD campus in Fontainebleau, France. It runs over 70 programs per year, co-created with HR and L&D specialists from member companies and faculty from top business schools, covering general management, leadership, and dedicated HR development (including the 'Rebooting HR' program designed with Michelin, Safran, SNCF, and RATP). Programs are delivered in-person at its residential campus, at international locations, online, or in hybrid format. Founded in 1972, CEDEP operates as a membership-based executive club and corporate university for around 20 global companies, with an average membership duration of 15 years.
