A single connection carries each company's permissions, policies, and approval workflows, allowing Workday's HR and finance agents to complete work inside whichever AI tool an employee is already using, without exposing raw Workday data to third-party platforms.

Workday claims this will make applying approximately 40% faster. Employers are not required to change their existing recruiting workflows. General availability for Workday Recruiting customers is targeted for early 2027.
