## Overview
Bookon (BOOK ON) is a workforce management platform built for UK security guarding companies. Operations teams plan shifts by client, site and day, assign them to employees or subcontractor officers, confirm them, and track unassigned or unconfirmed shifts. A postcode-based search helps find nearby cover filtered by licence type and vetting status. The platform has three parts. Operate covers rotas, book on/off, a live monitor, check calls, patrols and incidents. Compliance covers SIA licence tracking, BS 7858 records, officer P-Files, right-to-work expiry and ACS evidence reports. Accounts covers timesheets from book-on records, payroll with payslips, and invoices from timesheets. Officers use an employer-activated iOS and Android app to see their rota, book on and off, answer check calls, log patrols, report incidents, complete assigned forms and request leave. Published pricing is £2.95 per worked officer per month, with all features included and the first partial calendar month free.
